China, Russia, Mongolia Hold First Border Defense Drill
The drill, titled "Border Defense Cooperation 2025," was intended to enhance coordination in combating terrorism and sabotage along border areas.
The live exercise aimed to bolster the three nations' capabilities in addressing border security challenges and to reinforce strategic trust among them.
During the operation, the participating countries set up a joint command post in China and conducted combined planning, reconnaissance, and strike exercises, testing a novel method for border defense cooperation.
After the drill, the militaries exchanged insights on border management and control strategies.
